Do you offer payment plans?

We accept CareCredit. Unlike traditional pet financing or veterinary payment plans, the CareCredit credit card gives you the flexibility to use your card again and again for your pet's procedures.

Do you offer pet insurance?

We do not offer pet insurance but we will work with you in order for you to obtain whatever paperwork you'll need to submit to your pet insurance provider. Most pet insurances will require you to pay for the vet visit up front, then submit a claim in order to be reimbursed by them at a later date.

Do you treat exotic animals?

We do not. We focus on cats and dogs only.

Can you prescribe medications for my pet without an exam?

No, we cannot. In the state of Michigan veterinarians are required by law to have an established doctor-patient-client relationship, which can only be established by examining your pet.

Is it okay to give my pet tylenol or aspirin?

No. Tylenol, aspirin and ibuprofen are all not recommended for dogs. Tylenol can cause liver problems, ibuprofen and aspirin can cause stomach ulcers. No human medication should be given to your pet without explicit direction from a licensed veterinarian.
